Getting Ready to Ride
Looking outside today does not inspire training for a bike ride – so look at our movie and get motivated!  It’s not as hard as you think!

Group spin classes twice a week plus one additional cardio session during the cold winter months are a great way to get ready for the outdoor season which really is just around the corner!

For those of you motivated enough to train at home, a bike trainer provides great training benefits.  A bike trainer is a stand that converts your outdoor bike into a stationary indoor bike.  There are DVDs similar to aerobic videos which you can watch to guide you through your training session.  You can also have a custom program designed which will provide exact directions for each indoor ride.  For those of you keen enough to take your bike and bike trainer to a studio, there are also indoor studios that offer spin classes on a bike trainer.

Email us with your training questions and we will be happy to provide suggestions and tips.

COURAGE in MOTION GROUP TRAINING RIDES

There will be organized outdoor rides in Toronto once the weather warms up.  The rides will be on Sunday mornings once or twice a month starting in May.  There will be two groups led by the exciting and spirited members of your ride committee and that lesser known cycling star who has recently learned how much fun it can be to ride slowly, Robbie Kwinter.
